"I honestly have no idea." Sasha sighed, his arms tightening around her. He honestly had no clue. He didn't want to hurt Logan -- that would kill him. But he knew he couldn't give her up. She was... special. It didn't make any sense, and he knew it. But he couldn't help but want her. Need her. He couldn't make himself let go of her and walk away. He was sure that they couldn't go on the way they had been; they'd just proven it with that kiss. He didn't really want to think about it. He just wanted to forget the world for a little while right there with Lynda, but that couldn't happen either.
"This seriously sucks..." he mumbled, pressing his lips to her forehead.

Lynda sighed, smiling slightly when she felt his lips on her forehead. "Well..." she drawled out, trying to think of what to say. "Why don't after the soccer game tomorrow, you come meet me by the girls locker room and we can hang out or something, so we can get to know each other before we do something drastic or stupid. How does that sound?" She bit her lip in fear of him rejecting the idea.

Sasha stared off at the wall from over Lynda's head silently for a moment before nodding. "That sounds like a good idea." He pulled back just enough to look her in the eyes. "You need to kick some ass on that field, tomorrow, though."

"Oh, you know it," Lynda replied, nodding her head firmly. She glanced at the dogs with the corner of her eye, seeing Finn collapsed on the floor next to Sammi. "I really should go," Lynda said. She looked up at Sasha and daringly gave him a kiss on the cheek before scooping up Finn in her arms and heading to the door. "Well, I guess I'll see you at the game tomorrow, then."

TIMESKIP
Just as he'd promised, Sasha went to the game and for once in his short, gay little life paid attention to the entire thing. He wasn't exactly sure who'd won, though; he'd really just been watching Lynda the entire time. The fact that she was so brutal on the field only seemed to make the boy more and more mesmerized. By the time it was all over, he could hardly believe that so much time had passed.
He waited for the crowd to thin out a bit before he finally headed for the locker room, where he was supposed to wait for Lynda. Leaning against the wall beside the door, he shoved his hands into the pockets of his jeans and closed his eyes, paying no mind to the girls that came out the door; He'd know in an instant when it was Lynda.

"Good game, girls! Make sure to tell the guys I said so, too," Lynda said as she finished zipping up her jeans. It was co-ed soccer, but of course the girls and guys didn't share a locker room, too. She was beaming so big, glad that they had beat the Seniors. The game at been tough, and she had a bangage on her forearm where a guy accidently cut her arm with his cleat. Stupid soccer shoes.
"I thought we were going out for victory pizza!" her friend complained. Lynda hadn't planned on winning, so she figured she wouldn't be forced to go out to eat pizza with the rest of the team. Lynda gave her big puppy eyes. "I can't," Lynda complained in the same voice her friend had used. "Correction: you have something more important to do," said another girl. Lynda didn't respond to the girl, because she was right. She waved at everyone and walked out of the locker room.
"Sasha!" she yelled happily, hugging him. "We won!"

Sasha's eyes popped open at the sound of his name, hardly having enough time before Lynda was hugging him. Oh, thank god! He sighed internally, glad that she'd taken the liberty to yell about the victory so he could finally find out. "I saw," he laughed, hugging her back. Might as well not let her know how inept he was at understanding sports. "You were awesome! Congrats." He couldn't help but grin back, her happiness affecting him infectiously.

"Well, you know me," Lynda said conceitedly. She was blushing slightly, but still able to joke. "Thank you, though." She causally grabbed his hand and started to swing it. "Soo... where are we going to go?"

Sasha couldn't help but smile when she took his hand, but had to ignore it and stare forward. "Just this place I know," he told her, glancing at Lynda's face out of the corner of his eye. "Someplace we can talk and all."

It felt like a surprise. Lynda did not like surprises at all. Her smile fell a little, another reason being this dreaded talk. It was needed, but that meant she would probably have to admit her feelings and also Logan. She was very pro-Logan/Sasha. And she was positive that one person, at least, would get their heart broken from the results of this conversation. And she knew that it would probably be her. She was still trying to cling to her denial, and wasn't happy that it would probably be taken away. "Well then, lead the way, Sasha," she whispered, fearing the sound of her own voice.

Silently, Sasha led the way to his car -- he even opened the door for her like a gentleman. He couldn't help but notice how she didn't seem as excited any more, but he put it out of his mind, instead focusing on getting the old car started. Soon enough, they were on their way. He couldn't help but glance at her as they neared their destination; the park. The same park they had met at. The park that now seemed like more than a park -- to him, at least.

She didn't mind him opening the door for her, but she had a deep urge to tell him that she could have done it herself. The ride was silent and Lynda passed the time by watching the trees go by. Finally, when she realized they were at the park, her face lit up. Without waiting for him to open the door, she got out herself when the car stopped. "It's so different from when we met," she commented with a smile. "Plus, you're missing the boa and the rainbow painted on your chest," she added.

"I keep all that in storage for special occasions," he shrugged, getting out of the car and coming up behind her. "I happen to adore this place. It holds many... pleasant memories, for me. I hope you don't mind." Still smiling, he moved to pop open his trunk and pulled out a back pack he'd put in before he'd picked Lynda up. "Come on. There's a certain bench waiting for us."

Lynda smiled a bit at the thought. "Not all of them can be pleasant," she said softly, remembering the second time they met at that bench ((cough, cough, page 6 if you need to reread)). "I don't think seeing me cry would be too pleasant. My face gets all red and blotchy; it's a scary sight," she joked. While she just wanted for forget all about last time she was at this park with him, it stuck with her. In a way, it had been sweet and romantic what was between them at that one scene, her telling telling him that he had a chance to walk away and never come back, but he couldn't. But at the same time, it was completely, down right depressing to think about.
