There was a bright side to the academic building being empty on the weekends -- one more important than the fact that there were no classes, to Ribbon at least. It was the absolute perfect time for laying down and setting up a professional quality prank. It was her specialty, really. She loved tinkering with things when no one was around and setting something up that would make her laugh later. And because, thanks to her telekinesis, she didn't have to touch anything to do it, it made her totally untraceable by fingerprints or often even DNA. It didn't hurt that she was becoming a tech wiz, either.
Which was most likely how she knew how to turn off the security system to sneak into the academic building. It didn't take long at all for her to get into one of the science labs. There, she'd stashed a few chemicals earlier that, according to her research, would make a harmless purple gas when combined. If she could set it up just right, when the first bell rang on monday the gases would combine and fill all the halls. All she had to do was focus on the right order for putting them together -- without touching them, of course. And so she set to work, a pair of gloves and goggles on to protect her (just in case).
((That was a little shorter than I would have liked... but I'm still getting into the charrie, again >.<))

Things happened. A lot. And sometimes, these things could happen completely and entirely by mistake. Other times....well, it didn't take a genius to figure that out. So when Robbin suddenly felt the idea that something interesting was about to occur, it would only make sense that she could instantly figure out that someone was setting something up, right? And it wasn't impossible at all that she knew exactly who it was.
Of course, having been told about these plans beforehand, via mind-touch, may have just been the cause of this. Robbin, however, rather thought of it as having an amazing intuition.
Considering this, it really wasn't a surprise that the teleporter had quickly appeared near her sister, the movement silent thanks to her ability. Glancing at Ribbon's work so far, the twin began to pull on her own goggles and gloves, then approached into view. She had no doubt that her sister already knew she was in the room. "How much have you gotten done?" Robbin asked.

Ribbon hardly even glanced away from the chemicals in front of her when she had the sudden instinctive feeling that she wasn't alone. Of course, it could only be one person. Only one person could have gotten in without alerting Ribbon with the sound of a door or window opening. The sound of her sister Robbin's voice was merely a confirmation.
"I'm just about ready to put it on it's perch." She grinned, not taking her eyes off the mixture. It had already gone from orange to green and was now blue. "I just need to close it up and drop the last thing in... and put it where it'll break." Carefully, she levitated a small pill like capsule so it hovered above the liquid before capping it tight. Once she was positive it was secure, she let the capsule drop into the mix and, as if by magic, it started to bubble until the only thing to be seen in the little jar was a purple gas.
"Perfect!" She sighed proudly, sitting up to grin at her sister. "So, what are you doin' here?"

Robbin gave a shrug. "Got bored. Wondered how the prank was going." she answered. Not long ago the teleporter had brought together the finishing touches of her own beginning of the week prank. She had been careful to make sure that it would only go off in the afternoon, in order to keep either of the plans from conflicting with each other. It had been rather easy to rig- an explanation for her boredom.
The twin stepped carefully around the table to look at her sister's creation. She smirked. "Nice color," Robbin picked out. "Where are you planning to plant it? Near the main office?" the twin's own prank had been placed to happen in the gym. That place was rather a favorite of her pranking locations, and not just because of the teacher's obliviousness.

"Nah. This one has a purpose." Ribbon grinned, pulling off her gloves and goggles and stashing them away before pointing at the jar for it to follow her. "I'd rather skip first block, Monday, but I can't exactly skip -- cause I have a reputation and all for perfect attendance," she rolled her eyes there. "So I figured I would cause a small uproar. This should take the entire first block to clear up enough that anyone would feel comfortable coming back inside."
She smirked proudly at her sister. "I'm planting this in the air ducts, of course." As if it were the obvious choice, she motioned for her sister to follow her as she gathered her things and, with the jar floating before her, made her way out of the class room and down the hall, up a flight of stairs, and to where the loosest air vent was. Carefully, she used her telekinesis to open it up enough before slipping the jar in and closed it tight. "That should do it."

Robbin studied the setup, her own goggles and gloves having been placed in her purse- a private set. "I see..." she thought aloud. "Personally, I would have put it just left of the main office. Near where they bring students up to register for whatever punishment you get for being tardy and whatnot." the twin grinned. "But I rather like the idea of missing first block more, now that I think about it." Robbin began towards the stairs, then glanced back. It was still the weekend. And now that both pranks had been established, boredom was just around the corner once more.
"I was thinking about stopping by this new fast food place a few towns over- heard they had a killer chocolate milkshake!- you want anything?" she asked in a whisper (just in case any custodians were around).

"When you say killer, do you mean that it would kill me if you had it?" Ribbon rolled her eyes at her sister, but followed anyway. "I'll come with you -- as long as you promise you're only getting one shake for yourself and only having a medium at the largest. Ok?" She gave her sister a hard look that didn't last long, a teasing smile taking over her face. It was no secret that Ribbon didn't trust her sister with chocolate, just the same as Robbin probably didn't trust Ribbon around loose knives. They meant well by it, though. At least, that's what Ribbon figured.

"Oh, fine." Robbin gave a fake, overly annoyed expression. "But it's not like I'm going to go crazy from one little shake......and what's wrong if I do? Don't you want anything from Tokyo?" her expression turned into a grin.
~~~~Timeskip~~~~
Robbin held onto her medium chocolate shake as though it were the most precious thing in the world at that moment. She took a sip, then turned back to sister. "So you see- the cats were found again five days later unharmed! Someone had been messing with the cops and the cats and the cats' owners and the owners had been so sad! That to me is the worst prank I've heard people try lately." she rolled her eyes, taking another sip from her milkshake.
"Please," Ribbon shook her head. "That can't even be deemed a prank. That, my dear twin, is an INSULT to pranks and the people that do them." In her own hands, Ribbon clutched a large milkshake (because she could actually handle it), and took a big sip. "You see, what we have here is an example of what happens when bad people try to do the job of the good at heart; you know? You can't go into something like that intending HARM... unless it's like, a revenge prank. The rules for revenge are totally different. But stealing some poor defenseless kitties? Totally unforgivable." She nodded quite seriously and took another sip of her shake.
"Yes!" Robbin agreed full heartedly. "Everyone should draw the line at hurting innocent animals! I couldn't believe -at the time- that someone would even think to scare people like that. Those poor cats!" the twin ended the exclamation with another sip, giving a sigh. Her eyes lit up. "God this is good." she muttered.
"Even WE have our limits," Ribbon agreed. "Granted they can sometimes be thin, they're still there." At her sister's last comment, she rolled her eyes. "Go easy on that thing, Robbin. Or else it'll be all gone before you know it." Despite her words, though, Ribbon couldn't help taking another big sip of her own before sighing. "You haven't seen Neko today, have you?"
"No," Robbin replied, giving a shake of her head as well as taking yet another large sip from her shake; ignoring her sister's warning. Unfortunately, the delicious chocolate was very dangerous on getting low now. She frowned lightly as she realized this. "Plus, I was also off campus a bit this morning- did you know the museum closest to here is incredibly small!? They hardly have anything on display anymore! The library's bigger- although I really like the fact that they have those nice little website design CDs for free now- Of course, you could find the same exact information onliiiiiine- but it's still nice- In my opinion, anyway." Robbin took a long needed breath, then another sip of her now favorite drink.
Ribbon would have frowned, but the truth was that she found her sister much too amusing to muster anything less than a grin. "All hail the internet," she put in. "You didn't by chance nab me one or two of those cds, did you? It would be much appreciated if you did." She took another small sip of her own shake, glad she'd gotten a bigger one. "I was thinking that we should update that fan page we made for our prank-adoring-public. I have some awesome pictures I need to upload and everything... but the whole job shouldn't take more than a few hours. What do you think?"
A vocal answer was not given as Robbin bobbed her head up and down, somehow managing to keep the straw from slipping out of her mouth. When she was done, of course, she just had to give her own input. "I got the CDs in my room back at the dorm- updating the site sounds great! I saw this code that really is just meant to mess with people- it says to click, but when you try it moves around and stuff- I'm tempted to put it on there, but there really isn't a point...unless we make them different pictures? We could make it like a sort of find the prank game!" she turned towards her sister, excitement on her expression.
A laugh rippled from Ribbon as Robbin explained the coding. "Sounds like a point enough for me!" She objected. "That would be brilliant. I mean, the point of the site is to show people our skills. Might as well give them a touch of first hand experience!" Sometimes, Ribbon just loved the way her sister's mind worked. It came in handy more often than not.
